All orders come with 14 days of no questions asked returns as long as the watch is in the exact same condition it was delivered in. For new/unworn watches all factory stickers have to be intact and the pieces should remain unworn, unsized and untouched for the return to be validated.

**International Shipments**

Customs and duties for all international orders are 100% responsibility of the buyer. BSTWatches will not cover any customs or duties payments on international orders.

**Warranty**

All of our watches are backed by our BST limited warranty which covers all operating parts of the watch and movement. The warranty is limited to user damage and water damage. Pre-owned and Unworn watches carry the warranty for one and two years respectevly from delivery date.
